Position Summary

As the Security Officer, Manager , you’ll take charge of our security operations, ensuring the safety of our guests, staff, and property. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you’ll bring your expertise to develop strategies, lead a team, and handle any challenges that come your way.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of security operations during events and regular hours.
• Lead and train a team of security personnel to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Develop and implement security protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and address security risks, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, guests, and external agencies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security, with a proven track record in management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with local laws and safety regulations is a plus.
• SORA License is required and must be 21 years plus.
