Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $50 – $53/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) – Float for an exciting job in Ashburn, VA.
ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy services across various school locations as assigned
Conduct assessments of students’ physical, sensory, and developmental needs
Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Support students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functional abilities
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary school teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
Ensure adherence to school district guidelines, state regulations, and professional standards
Active, valid, and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong flexibility and ability to work across multiple sites
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
