Our client, a boutique creative agency, needs a Graphic Designer to support branding, marketing campaigns, and digital design projects for a diverse client portfolio. This agency works with clients ranging from startups to established brands across technology, hospitality, and consumer products. The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously under the guidance of the Creative Director while having opportunities to present concepts directly to clients. Responsibilities

• Design brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography systems, and style guides
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and packaging
• Develop digital assets including social media graphics, email templates, and web page layouts
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers on campaign development
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients with clear rationale
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors on production
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and project files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in agency or in-house setting
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print, and digital design work
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
• Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools preferred
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
